Danish metal band Inimical are composed of the mature and well experienced musicians from older Danish bands such Faith Industrius, Eciton and Blindfault. The band has released a three track demo back in 2006 and now is ready with another promo cd entitled Lambs to the Slaughter. This new one contains four tracks of the most brutal, fast and intense songs you can imagine. The musical style band is performing on this four-tracker CD can best be described as a mixture of hardcore and melodic death metal, with harsh and brutal vocals, pounding and hellish drums and also melodic guitar parts. All four songs are well structured and well composed and the mix of trashy but also melodic riffs is really catchy. The sound and production part is very raw, but still leaving space for vocals to come forward creating this unique atmosphere. It is not every day that I can praise a band for delivering unique piece of music, but I’m proud to have the opportunity to do so with this Danish band. If you’re into growling vocals, heavy and melo riffs, extreme fast drumming and esp. if you are a fan of bands as Urkraft, At The Gates, All Shall Perish and Blindfault, this is a must have release for you. I’m looking very much forward to hear a full-length album from this Danish trio. For any more info please go to www.inimical.dk or simply write to -email-
